I'm
sold, how do we book?
How
much do you charge? We have a wide range of
prices, and each price is specific to the type of entertainment
package we will create for you. It is best to meet with us to
determine what package would be best for you, and we can give
you an exact quote.

Will
you meet with us personally? This is a very important
question. But, what should really be asked is whether you will
interview with your DJ or the owner of the company.
With
us it will be both. Many times I book myself prior to any of my
associates so you will be interviewing with both one of the owners
and your DJ. In the cases where I have already booked myself or
am unavailable, I will attempt to bring along the associate that
will be your DJ/MC. There will be instances where that may not
be possible and a second interview can be arranged with the associate
present.

How
Much Should I Budget For My DJ? You will hear from many
vendors that you shouldn't skimp on their services, but it couldn't
be more true in the case of DJ Entertainment. Considering that
your DJ Entertainment will bear the responsibility of over 80%
of the success of your celebration, you can see why choosing a
PROFESSIONAL DJ is the wisest choice. Your wedding already looks
like a million bucks, so don't cut corners on the most important
element that will make your reception an unforgettable and fun
experience.
Nationwide, rates
for DJ Entertainment range from around $500 to $3,500, with the
average rate being around $1,200. However, in the areas we
serve the rates are lower with an average being around $750. Some
local DJs base their rates on the national averages and some have
done the research and have found out what the local market can
afford; we are in that second category.
If
you are good with Excel, we have put together a budget
tool you may wish to download.

Are
You Full Time Or Part Time? We have both full time and
part time DJs working with us. But honestly, as long as the service
can deliver your expectations, it should not matter if they are
full time or part time.
We
promise that we will meet your expectations and give you quality
entertainment at an affordable price.

What
other services do you provide?
For weddings, we DJ wedding ceremonies (if at the same location
as the reception), you can add karaoke,
or our music videos and video ambiance. For other event
types we can add karaoke, music videos, and video ambiance.

How
interactive are you? This is up to our clients, if you
want high interaction, games, and prizes at your event - just
say the word, that's our specialty. If you prefer us to
be more laid back, and only make announcements upcoming events
- that's fine too, just let us know.

What
Kind Of Equipment Do You Use? We only use the most reliable,
professional and State-Of-The-Art Equipment. Although our talent,
expertise, and musical abilities come first, our Sound Systems

places are The

Business Bureau.

Can
I Request A Specific DJ? Absolutely. If you have seen
one of our DJs perform, it is in our best interest to have him
perform your event. We endeavor to provide you with the exact
entertainer that you request, however due to the nature of our
business, have a second choice or allow us to match you with a
perfect entertainer should a particular entertainer fall ill or
become unable to perform your show. That way, you are covered
in any case.

What
type of attire do you wear? Whatever you say is appropriate.
Tuxedo, Business Suit, casual, whatever you feel fits the occasion.

Kind Of Music Do You Have? And Do You Have A
List? We have the best music on the planet. At the time
of this writing, we are holding over 80,000 songs. We subscribe
to the industry's best music programming services that update
our library weekly. These are the same companies that service
the top radio stations in the USA. Our music is updated so frequently
that we will have all of your favorite tunes and requests. We
also have all of your favorite party classics, and tunes from
every era including Big Band, Motown, Disco, New Wave 80's, Classic
Rock n Roll, Alternative Rock, Top 40 R n B, Urban, Hip Hop, Dance,
Club Music, Techno, Old School, Funk, and even more! Whew! If
you are looking for a suggestion list, It is more practical that
we send you a list of the most requested music suggestion list,
along with a suggested song list for traditional dances. Also

party hour.

you take guests' requests? It's up to you! If
you prefer we don't, we won't - if you don't mind requests, we'll
be sure the requests are appropriate and not on your "don't play"
list.

Will
you negotiate price or price match? If you have an offer
from another comparable company in writing then, yes, will may
strive to meet or beat that price; however, if that price is below
our production cost to bring a quality event to you, then we will
not and we will inform you why. If you do not have another offer
in writing or have not consulted with any other companies yet,
our price is still open for negotiation.

I'm
sold, how do we book? First, check our availability
for your event using the handy availability checker at the top
of this page. If we are available, a form will appear (complete
this form). You can also call us at (877) 497-8230 to arrange
a meeting.

Are
you Insured? This should be an easy question. Most DJs
have liability insurance to protect you and the DJ company in
case of accident. If they don’t this lets you know that
this DJ hasn’t taken the 1st step toward being a professional
and you will likely see many other unprofessional issues if you
work with him.

Does
your DJ belong to any nationally recognized DJ associations?
The greatest entertainers in the world continually practice and
learn to hone their craft. A DJ who is a
professional knows that the learning never ends. Even the best
performers can improve.
The
ADJA has training seminars, and brings in top trainers from around
the country. The DJs that don’t belong to this association
may think they don’t need to improve. (Or they’re
too cheap to spend a measly $300 for annual dues.) This education
is not available in any other DJ association. Make sure your entertainer
belongs to the AMERICAN DJ Association. The logo on this and other
pages indicates that we do!
