The First Step - InterviewThe first step in our process is the interview. That gives you an opportunity to meet me, Tom Ohlendorf, the person that will be your DJ/MC. It also gives me an opportunity to meet you. The interview is a two way street; that is, you can determine if I have the personality and skills you need and I also can determine if I can meet your needs. At any time either you or I could make the decision that Good Knight Entertainment is not the right fit for you and end the interview. I always begin an interview by asking you questions designed to determine your needs for your special day and to find out about your personality. Next I tell you a little about the company and specifics on what we can do for you. Throughout there is always the opportunity to ask questions and that is highly encouraged. I come to you for the interview; after all, it is I that wants your business. We can either set up the interview in your home or a coffee shop or restaurant near you.
